Bad service from Fido with Device offer

Hi There,

 

I placed an order with Fido with 40$ per month mobile plan and $0 per month for Pixel 7a device for 24 months contract.

I then realized I didn't input the apartment number on the order properly and called customer care to check if they can update the apartment number on the order.

They said they can not do that but they can cancel and place the order with same offer.

They cancelled the order and raised support case with id : C189272140.

 

After sometime I received an email that Order has been placed i thought they really helped.
but now it is asking me to pay $15 per month for the device which is not acceptable.

And Fido customer care is not reachable anymore.

The Pixel 7a is a new device so it's odd that Fido would give it for $0/month are you sure it wasn't $0 upfront?

Yes I am pretty sure, please check the order print out attached.

Now on the account it is showing me something different. I have all the interactions IDs and everything.
EVerytime I am being told a different things by agents. 
I feel like I need to break up with Fido now.
