I recently moved my cell phone provider from Fido to Rodgers, I did this only because I needed a more affordable plan for use in the US, The transition between providers was not smooth.

 

After visiting 2 Rogers locations (a total of three times over 3 days - with my cell phone not working at all) I decided to see if someone at Fido could help get my phone up and running. Geetansh at the Fido store in Chinook Centre (Calgary) listened to my problem and very quickly helped get it sorted out. He was kind, patient and (obviously) very knowledgeable.  (Ultimately the problem was on the Rogers end and once identified resolved quickly.)

 

I would like to be sure that this message is forwarded to Fido management to ensure Geetansh is recognized for his excellent level of customer service and expertise.
