hi, I got an email a few months ago saying there will be a winback call but I never got it. How can I get the winback call? Thanks!

If ever it's been advised that you would be contacted by the winback department, I would make sure I didn't miss a call from us and wait until we reach you.

Thanks Anthony, what should I do in this situation? Would you be able to forward my request to the winback department? BTW that email was sent from communications@mobile.fido.ca, I tried replying to that email but still got no response.
