1000 international long distance minutes not showing on app/account

I have switched to Fido recently. And I have the 1000 minutes for Long Distance International calls. But on the app or online login - only the data usage is showing. How can I track the usage of the international minutes ?

If you have the 1000 long distance minutes option, it should come up on the app under voice usage. This appears under the data usage (you'll have to scroll down).


That said, if you don't see it there it's possible you don't have the option. You'll have to contact us in order to have that checked out.

Also, if you can post a screenshot of your usage page on the app, that can help. Make sure to block out any private info such as your number.
