i don't have live chat anywhere when i am logged into my account. i have gone through every single page and it is simply not there. it used to be there before the recent re-design.
You Live Chat sucks! It was great before until you changed it to ASK JACK. I tried so many times and all it says is "We’re really sorry we can’t assist you, something went wrong. Let’s go get you a Live Chat agent", but it does not say anything else. What happens next? I waited and waited but nothing happens... Grrrrrr!!
It should be up and running now, can you try again?
