voicemail rings

1. how do I change the number of rings before my device goes to VM (it's a ZTE home phone)?  I see where others have been told to contact customer service but when I try that I end up with 'AskJack' which can't provide a solution

You can try following the instructions I posted here if it does not work then you will need to contact customer service and they can do it for you.
