I have not been able to access for over a week. When I try contacting the company I  cannot find a way.

How were you contacting us? We're available through all these channels during our operations hours that vary by channel.

 

That said, are your other services working and have you tried to restart your phone?

 

Can you also tell us if you have checked the app to see if you've any data remaining?
