Earbud Offer

I was offered earbuds with my new Samsung zfold 3 free as an offer when I placed order online.  I've received my phone but no earbuds and I can't find any mention of them in any of my confirmations.  Was I dreaming?

Hi @annie_181 , I found this link on how to redeem your offer on Samsung Canada website. Go Here  and follow the instructions. The offer is in the Samsung members app. When you first land on the website,  click on learn more about the redemption and follow the steps.
