I cancelled my Fido account when I left Canada, it seems there is a negative balance on my bill but I cannot change the address on my account to somewhere outsdie of Canada so I was just wondering if there was anyway of being able to get this refund sent to me in Australia?
We can definitely modify your address and have the cheque sent outside of Canada.
You would need to have your address on file changed.

Thanks for getting in touch, it would be great if you could message me, I have tried to update the addres a few times but it doesnt seem to want to accept an Australian address and I think the time difference is proving to be a pain to try and reach anyone in live coustomer support.
