I am not able to make calls on mobile. I get message stating there is not registered on network. Can anyone help?

Hi there @Golferman !

 

There could be a lot of reasons why you are unable to place calls or pick up a signal and the first thing to do would be to reach our customer service team for assistance here.

 

In the meantime, please make sure you are in the coverage zone and try rebooting your phone see if that will resolve your situation.
