I purchased a samsung a53 on cyber monday because it was on a deal for $0 down payment and $0 per month. This means I would only have to pay for the plan on the phone. However after checking my account today, I found that I was being charged full price for the phone. That is not what I signed up for and I have been teting to reach customer service for help, but I have been met with poor response and unreasonable wait times.

Your promotional bill credit is applied separately on your Fido invoice. Meaning that you'll see the charge for the phone's financement in one section at the bottom and the bill credit discount under "Monthly Charges" at the top.
