Hi i was actually told by fido cuatomer service that they can match up an offer from other providers and i am trying to call but waiting time is too long. hope you can help me out thanks

Hello @Charis3,
That does not sound correct, Fido does not match offers from other providers.
If you were speaking to a customer service representative and they told you that why didn't you get them to match the offer then?

when i called them i didnt know that they can matched up. i told them i will try to check other providers then they told me if i found something else i can call back then they can match it if its on the website if the other provider. that is why im trying to contact fido again
