long distance charges and account suspension

i had really bad experience with recently . i have two lines of fido and i am a loyal customer . i had to go out of country and i asked for temporary account suspension from august 28 to september 28th . i received email on 2nd september that my suspension ends on 2nd september . i did chat with specialist as i cant call i am out of country , he said he is unable to see any record that my account was ever suspensdesd, i asked if i can send him proof or email forward or screenshot , he asks me to go retail or chat on facebook as i am free for all this  . it is really frustrating to contact them with different time zones. and 

i was charged with long distance calling 453$ , that i was not aware from . They will never inform you if you are over 1000 minutes and when i called to request or to make payment adjustments . they put call on hold for so long then come with no solution . 

he could see my conversations with them about long distance calls but not about suspension . i really wanna get rid of them soon.
