I switched to fido from the other provider in the end of December. I got 200 international LD minutes for free when I switched, however it shows $3 for that on my account. I accidentally removed it yesterday.
I just found out that it was for free for 2 years even though it says $3 after I visited store.
Is it possible to get it back for free?

Yes, just call the helpline. Explain them what exactly happened and they would be able to add that 200 LD Minutes to your account.

Sorry to hear you've accidentally removed that promotional offer. You should note this forum is community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We would not have access to customer accounts.
That said, are you aware, those minutes might only be to certain Countries? Fido also had a similar offer which were only to certain Countries (see here). I would assume your promotional offer is also to a limited number of Countries. You might consider verifying the included Countries of your particular promotion.
If you would like to try to re-add that promotional offer, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
