I started my Fido service in July 1 through live chat. The agent who helped me to start the service said there is no activation fee. Now it charges me the activation on my first bill. Am I gettting scam? I called them twice, went to in-person store and live chat, they all answered me nothing they can do even I told them I have prove.

Hi, I got your staff scam again. Last time I called them, someone who is manager she said I will get my 60$ credit back in third bill which is bill in October. Now, the October doesn't have any credit back. I paid 60$ + taxes before. Is that another scam? She gave me the reference number is I2269408575. It is actually the worst experience I have ever seen.
