Hi all, hope everyone has been staying safe and doing their civic duty by sporting a really cool looking mask.
I am wondering why I am not able to upgrade my voicemail on line. Don't get me wrong, I love popping in here and reading the blogs and solution posts. I would like to upgrade my voicemail as 3 messages is kind of lacking. Would love one of the super duper community saviours to message me so I can do that. I have been spending so much time in the last two weeks watching paint dry while on hold with other companies that I don't have anymore paint to watch. Please and thank you.

Well, after being on the phone for 45 minutes I was able to upgrade my vm. Why oh why can't we do it ourselves?
