frustrated- billing error

i updgraded my phone, you told me there was a billing error but you have not fixed it, i was told to take auto payment off so you dont take the $1000 incorrect charge , i cant get through to speak to anyone and your online chat was well it should be fixed on the march bill but remove auto payment. it should have been fixed already i cant see any changes and you took the feb payement anyway - why cant we talk to a real person who can actually adjust your bill in real time, credit the account for the mistake you guys made, so not i cant trust what my bill actually is and im sure you give me late fees if i wait till you decide toi fix it
