I cancelled my Fido account on 26th November. But I got a bill for November 23 - December 22, which is usually my billing cycle but i cancelled the account after 3 days. I understand that I'll get a final bill in the next billing cycle but do I have to pay my current bill? My current bill is at $43. Will I get refund for this ammount after the final bill? How does this work?

Hey @aryansood295,

 

Normally, it would be best to pay the bill to avoid late fees. However, rest assured that we will credit you for the days you didn't use Fido and had canceled. We issue a refund cheque to the address we have on the file a few weeks after your final invoice is published.
