fido has been increasing my phone bill in the last year!

first increased from 55 to 58 and then 58 to 62

life takes away and i did not notice

i think this is disgusting behavior, tried to call customer service and they just hang up on me

We will always let you know at least one month in advance if any changes to your plan will be taking place. You can see these directly on your bill so its very important to take a look every month in case there's important information.
