Whenever i login to My Fido Account, it shows the messege 'This account has been cancelled, so access to My fido is limited.' I didnt cancelled it. Now what to do.

Since your issue is related to your account, you will need to contact customer service so they can investigate your situation. Alternatively, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account.
