Hello, there is a problem with my Fido account. I was informed today that my credit limit had been surpassed. My credit limit is $600, yet I've used $302 more than that. and they demanded payment for anything beyond this sum. I never received a warning that I was going over my credit limit. suddenly they are asking me to pay for this. But, my account's suspension was lifted later this evening. What should I do? I am quite unhappy with this because I never received a notification when I went over the limit.

I've already paid 410 dollars and have to pay more than 500 dollars next month so it's fine. Just disappointed that I never got notified while crossing the limit.
