I changed from fido to virgin due to virgin had better option.
One day I got called from fido to go back to fido with better option (15 GB data / $50).
And fido said they will send me USIM card but I don't get yet but the monthly fee was sent to you.
Can I refund it?
I have never used fido's USIM because I do not get it.

How long do I have to wait for refund or answers? Today I got new bill but as I said I do not get esim. I have no reason to pay but you sent me email to make me feel so inconvenienced. Do I have to pay I have never used? If I do not pay the bill I got today due to I think no reason to pay, my credit score will be damaged and you are going to be supposed to manage that situation.
