I do not get USIM card yet but monthly fee was paid.

I changed from fido to virgin due to virgin had better option.

One day I got called from fido to go back to fido with better option (15 GB data / $50).

And fido said they will send me USIM card but I don't get yet but the monthly fee was sent to you.

Can I refund it?

I have never used fido's USIM because I do not get it.

Yes. With changing number, you sent me Esim but I do not get it yet.

And monthly fee was paid.

Let's take a look at your account together to see what's going on.

I'm sending you a PM. Talk to you soon.

How long do I have to wait for refund or answers? Today I got new bill but as I said I do not get esim. I have no reason to pay but you sent me email to make me feel so inconvenienced. Do I have to pay I have never used? If I do not pay the bill I got today due to I think no reason to pay, my credit score will be damaged and you are going to be supposed to manage that situation.

Hey @GihoonKim

We never got a reply to our last PM.  Feel free to reply if you still need help!
