I wanted to get a new phone. I spent good 3 hours of my time with a specialist through Fido's chat service and all I am getting what I can see online. What kind of service is this? At least the previous agent was able to waive remaining balance on my phone and $60 setup fee and this time agent goes she can't even do that. She asked me to use social media to reach out Fido then why was she even wasting my time at the first place.

 According to her, I will get a call from  @Fido@ so let's see. I will wait otherwise I am ready to leave.
