No mobile internet nearly everywhere.
When I'm outside of the city, there's no internet service.
When i'm in the city, LTE shows there's signal but there's no access to internet because there are many people around me.
Seriously, where can i get LTE service from Fido?
I paid for a 2-year contract and i'm only connected for abouy 30% of the time. I still have 6 months but I want to be out of the contract now and I demand a refund!

I live in Toronto and I have a 4G phone. My wife has a different phone and has the same issue with Fido.
The fact is Fido 4G LTE bandwidth cannot support the large Fido customer base, and the parent company Rogers is reluctant to invest in 4G LTE improvements.
Anyway I'm done with Fido. To the ones who signed up with Fido because of the discounted price, expect discounted service as you get what you paid for. Good luck!

Hi there @Rayrao1988 , sorry to hear that you're having signal issues. What city are you in? Have you called technical support to reset your network and make a few tweaks to your settings? You can call from your device to *611. Also have you changed the settings in your device to perhaps access 5g? Fiso doesn't have 5g, so a setting lower than that which may include LTE, 4g,3g might work better. I'm just throwing things out there for you to check, but the best thing to do is let technical support troubleshoot this for you. Best regards
