Today i called Fido customer service at *611 and escalated the call to customer service supervisor Kathleen. One of the most rude customer service supervisor i ever talked to she was interupting the talk was not ready to understand the problem i faced because of the services being down. If i ask any thing all she says is check on fido.ca and when i asked her can you guide me through the process she changed her answer to nobody can help you find perfect answer for question. I asked for her id number or something and she said no
i probably think she even used a fake name
