Long distance in plan name but not in plan?

Getting quite confused by my plan... the plan name says "110GB, Talk & Text - Entry with 1000 US & 1000 Intl Long Distance minutes", but I see long distance minute under Talk section being "none". What is going on...

Resolved! Activation Fee...

Wanted to switch from koodo to take advantage of Fido 9gb data plan. i have 4 lines so had problem completing online. Called in and ask rep if I would be charged activation fee if i comleted online. he promised that all activation fees would be waive...
