Can't pay my bill

I was recently sent a bill. Whenever I go to pay it, i.e. pay now, nothing happens. Even, when I go to the top of the website and press "Billing and Payments" nothing happens. I can't seem to contact anybody,no e-mail, no telephone number... nothing....

Hi! I have a question...I have a credit limit of 300 dollars, I reached 600 dollars and more before my account has been blocked. Why they didn't suspend it just after reach the credit limit? thank you
