overarge charges

I got charged 50$ extra in overarage charges including this online forum said australia was included to call long distance but Fido charged me and also their store associate informed me about this too Did anyone else experienced this?

Bad update

Tried my Fido app this AM, totally new front page after latest download update. Had to manually login ,there is no longer activate Face Recognition option.Going back to old technology! This will lose you this customer!!FIX THIS!
