change number of rings for voicemail

I opened a chat with customer support, asking for the numbers to change to max. But they told me it's not possible, that is the standard time, and it can't be changed. Really???

disappointing customer service

I had an issue with an extra fee on my bill and they kept me on the live chat for 1 hour and stopped responding. Kept transferring me from one agent to another & wasted my time to another level. This was ridiculous & it is definitely not appreciated....
