Hi,I tried changing my phone number but whenever i click confirm following message appears “oh ho something went wrong”. I tried clearing cache and used different browsers but no use. Please help!

Charged for long distance I didn’t make

I recived my monthly bill to be surprised with an over charge of a long distance call I didn't make! Customer service representative wasn't able to help as he was claiming that I made the call.

Little or no coverage for 2 days

Is anyone having the same problem in Guelph as me? Second day straight where I have almost no service. As we all know there is no one available at Fido to assist.
