By the way we recently purchased a new iphone so we were in the store for quite a while. They had some difficulties setting it up. There was a technical glitch of some kind no fault of the store. What I will say is that the customer service representative Miranda was excellent. It was real pleasure dealing with her. I watched and spoke with a couple of other staff members and they are great group. That's one thing I like about dealing with Fido, you have some really nice people working there.

Hi Philippe sorry for mentioning competitors I didn't mean to violate the rules. I'm just not sure who to direct my concerns to. I tried phoning but couldn't get anyone to express my concern that preferential pricing compared to existing customers and not just a time limited inducement.
