Resolved! Didn't receive Refer a Friend credit

Hi,I referred my friend last December, and when I contacted the Fido team about the credit on April 2023, they told me that it is under investigation, and till now no response. How can I avail myself of this credit? Can someone help?

Setup Service Fee

Does Fido still charge the setup fee if you port your number or only a partial charge for the amount of plane you've used. Already regretting switching from bell. A 60 dollar fee on a 40 dollar plan that I wasn't even informed about.
