Hello Fido,

I was promised a payment plan for $65 in the beginning and then now I am receiving a bill of $128. The customer representative promised so many things and at last, I have been lured into a scam. I was told no setup fee will be levied since I am completing my setup online for my new device. Charges for the new device were supposed to be $19.99 under the ongoing clearance sale and now in my bill, I am being charged $71. This is really pathetic and I want to file a formal complaint regarding this.
