Hi there @minhuichoi , have you been out of the country in last few months? That looks like a roaming charge internationally, and not the USA. When you roam out of country , the roaming charge is $12/day to the US and $15 to some other countries. For a more accurate explanation, you will have to call Fido support to verify.
