Hi!

 

I purchased the fido sim last month. And the plan which I subscribed for is of 55$ per month. 

Which on some student offer was reduced to 45$

45 $ + some service charge and tax should not exceed 90$ but in my bill it is showing 96$.

I think the offer was not applied to the sim!!

 

Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Did you look at your invoice to see what you got billed for? I would suggest you start there and if there are any discrepancies then you should reach out to customer service through any of the available methods listed here.
