All of the agents i made contact with sound depressed and unhappy like they don't wanna be there but they have to wait for the paycheck when you ask for a supervisor they transfer you back to billing queue i made 4 call attempts in 2 weeks for 1 reason to fix my bill and each of them created a case that never reach anybody.
