Last August, Winback team called me and offered the exactly same plan that I had with Shaw mobile. So I told them I'd rather stay with Shaw than pay another activation fee again for the same plan. Then, they offered me $5 discount for 24 months with no activation fee. And that's why I accepted their offer.
However, my last two billing cycles show I am not getting $5 discount.
Winback team said that the first bill would include the activation fee but it would be reimbursed within 2-3 billing cycles, so I believe the activation fee will be credited next bill. But what about $5 discount offer?
Will this offer start from next bill too?

I still don't see $5 discount on my bill that was issued this month. So I tried to reach Fido via Livechat but it said only virtual assistant was available due to the covid19. What should I do now?
