Welcome to the community!
Have you had a chance to view the billing details on your bill to see what the additional charges were for? You can view those details via My Account --> Billing & Payments --> View Bill. From there, you can Print or Save a PDF version of your bill. Alternatively, you can view the details online via Other charges and credits.
