I'm all new to Fido, I have paid my first bill by using TD bank app but when I check my Fido account, it doesn't show that I have paid the bill and I also didn't get any payment confirmation.
What should I do in this situation? And how do I know if my bill got paid successfully?

You should note that payments made via a financial institution's internet or telephone banking options can take upto 5 business days to be received by Fido (see here). Your Fido account won't be able to reflect that payment until it is received and processed by them.
