Where’s the Callback.

Hey Fido, how does one call a human representative by phone?   And DONT say callback because I tried MULTIPLE times and sm consistently told NO callback times are available.  

so?  how.

That wasn't feedback it is a question I'd like an answer to.  Please tell me how to reach a live human by phone?  Callback feature does not work.

I didn't ask for all the ways to reach you, I asked how to reach a live human being by telephone. You have yet to provide a solution or answer to my question.
