Website broken. Tested with multiple devices. Cannot change plan.

Hi I called customer service earlier and they advised that I change my plan on the website.
The website constantly fails to load certain UI elements which means I cannot proceed. I have tested this on 3 different browsers on 3 different devices, and I get a similar result each time.
The fido website has been like this for over 10 years, with random issues with things not loading or working. It's absolutely insane.
