I have financed a device with fido which provided a $10 monthly credit for 24mo and a $6.46 Payment program credit. I received an offer on my dashboard for a 10GB, $40 Data, Talk & Text plan which is cheaper than my current phone plan.
I have accepted the offer but was told by customer service that i would lose the $10 monthly credit.
I am wondering if I can cancel changing the plan since I haven't received the confirmation email?

Usually, a plan change is done right away unless you ask the agent to start it on your next billing cycle, it would be best to contact customer service directly to see if they can stop or revert the change.
