I'm sure we can figure this out. I just need a small clarification, are the 2 lines under the same account number?
Also, when you go to Services - Mobile, are you able to switch between the 2 numbers from the drop down menu on the left upper side of the page?
Finally, are you the account holder? Did you log in with the same email address that we have on your account and are you logged in as the account holder or just as a subscriber?
