I have switch my number from Fido to Virgin Mobile

Hi ,

I took fido mobile on 1st November under BYOP Plan of  $45. I got a better deal in Virgin Mobile and I ported my number on 21st November. My first bill was already generated with Fido having $103 (45$ setup fee, which was to be adjusted in next bill). So can anyone help me here. How much I need to pay as the bill. Do I need to pay the entire $103 or it will be prorated according to my usage.?

  Welcome to the community!

 

  Since your bill has already been generated, you will need to pay for the entire bill. You should note that bill was likely generated because switching providers would have automatically cancelled your Fido line. Any proration, if applicable, would have already been calculated in the generation of that bill. Since your Fido line was cancelled before your second month, any future credits would not be applicable on that bill. You should be able to view the billing details of that bill via My Account.
