Today I ported my Koodo number to Fido. I already have two other lines with Fido. I did this in store and the employee accidentally created another account in my name instead of adding a line to my Fido account. I now have two separate accounts and don't know how to merge them.
For this situation, you would need to get in touch with our Customer Service.
If both accounts are under your name, we can transfer your new number to your previous account. This way you will only have one account 🙂
