I have had the $15/mo tablet plan for a year now and want to switch my phone over from Virgin now that I'm no longer on a contract there and my phone is broken and I want to get a new one. So I went to do the Pixel XL on the large plan and it says because I'm a current fido customer I can either 'upgrade' my tablet or I have to contact Fido to add a new line?
I tried talking to chat support, and the person was very confused and didn't seem to understand what was going on. They kept asking me to try different browsers?
I am having a really bad customer service experience here. What am I supposed to do?

Sorry to learn that your recent experience with us wasn't a positive one, definitely not what we want for our customers!
It's not possible to add an additional line to an existing account online on Fido.ca at the moment.
