It would be very helpful if a voicemail option was added that would tell the customer the caller number and date and time of the voicemail call.

Good morning @BradD there is a way to get that information right in the voice mail messaging system. When you listen to your voice mail, you can press the number 5 on your keypad and you will hear the time, date, and number of the caller. I hope that helps you.
