Voicemail

I just installed my voicemail but it seems that the caller gets my voicemail message right away. My phone does not ring first. How can I set that up like after 5 rings it goes into voicemail? Thanks

That definitely shouldn't be happening. Let's figure it out! 

Is this happening for all callers? When did this start happening? Are you otherwise able to call out?

Lastly, can you check under your phone's call settings to make sure you do not have unconditional call forwarding activated?
