Hi, I don't know how to change the password for my voice mail on my phone... is there a way to reset it?

I do know the access code to int my phone mesages

@saraalsh you can login to MY ACCOUNT on fido.ca click on the number you want to reset the VM passcode, look down at the bottom of the page you will see Update Voicemail Password> click on that and follow the instructions.

 

Alternatively, you can use our self-serve menu by dialling 6-1-1 from your Fido phone or by dialling 1-888-481-3436 from any other phone:

  • Press "1" to use the self-serve menu.
  • Press "3" to access the services menu.
  • Press "2" to change your Voice Messaging access code.
  • Follow the instructions to create a new Voice Messaging access code.

I have just recently changed my voicemail access code on the Fido My Account app. However, when I dialed my voicemail and I entered the new access code, it did not recognize my new access code.

Having technical issues is never a pleasant thing!

 

I would suggest you to reset the access code again through Fido.ca directly following the steps mentioned in this topic.

Recently  I set up my Fido voicemail, but today when I'm trying to log in it, keep telling me the access code is incorrect?

 

It's that anyway I can reset my voicemail's access code?
