Voicemail Text Notifications

Hello, I notice I stopped recieving voicemail notification texts suddenly for over a week now

My voicemail is set up and callers are able to leave voicemails but I don't get the notification text anymore?

Anyone else experienced this issue?

1. When you Press and Hold "1" on your dial pad, does it connect you to your voicemail?
2. If not, you would need to confirm in your phone's settings that the voicemail number is +1 416 821-6549
   • For iPhone users who have the Value Pack add-on with the visual voicemail, the number is +1 647 839-6178
3. Access the Fido mobile app or your profile on Fido.ca to confirm your plan's options/details, in case the voicemail is missing

My mom and I have the same issue. Using iPhone 6s plus running ios 13.6.1

The notifications shows up in the recent calls section under 'voicemail' instead of texts now. It shows a red dot pending if there is a voicemail. Probably has to do with the phone update I suppose.
